DREAM BIG

The emotion you feel is always about the vibrational variance between where you want to be and where you are.  If you’re out of balance there are only two ways to bring yourself into alignment:

This statement says it all!  We can choose to look at where we want to be and visualize it as if it is already here.  Enjoying the dreaming of it, the excitement of having it happen and the knowing it will happen or just be negative and think you are not worthy of what you want.

Two and a half years ago I was 411 lbs.  I was in a very negative time in my life.  Living with the wrong man for me, over eating to stuff my feelings, hating myself for being in the situation and not knowing how to get out of it, and most of all punishing myself for not being good enough for anything or anyone.  Food was my only comfort and that was the way I would kill myself to get out of my misery.

I could coach someone else on how to change because I believed they could do it and had all the potential, knowledge, looks, and what ever else they needed to achieve what they wanted.  I couldn’t do it for myself because I didn’t believe I was worthy of anything good.  My belief was that only bad things happen to me, rape, abuse, husband’s death, miscarriages, cancer, loss of jobs, loneliness, and being a door mat for anyone who wanted to wipe their feet on me.

Until one day I realized that I had enough and I had the support of all my “ANGEL FRIENDS.” I took the first step into recovery, going into the rooms of a 12 program where there were people like me.  Hearing their stories and learning that I had a disease.  As I took baby steps I started to look at things differently.  I became more open to hearing about “being positive,” “taking care of me before taking care of anyone else.”

I started to create what I wanted in my life.  Today I am 163 lbs lighter.  I have gone home to heal the wounds of the past so I can now live in the present. It is a process and I am still working on accomplishing what I want in my life.  The only difference is that I know when I get a negative feeling I try hard to quickly turn it into a positive. I look for the positive in a situation and keep it up until I can reach the best feeling possible.
