WHAT IS EFT YOU ASK….. Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, can be used to cope with both mental and physical problems. It is a form of healing that depends on energy.

EFT is the process of using tapping to help with one’s emotional issues. Tapping is sort of like acupuncture without the use of needles.  Tapping is not an involved therapy and it can be learned in a matter of minutes with the right instruction. Tapping is simply the process of using one’s fingertips to tap and stimulate different points on the body. It has been reported that tapping works in situations where nothing else has worked in the past.

TESTIMONIES

On April 25th, I met with Cecelia in her office.  I stated that I had an anxiety level of 8/10 regarding dealing with a government agency.  She suggested using tapping to decrease my anxiety.  Being a skeptic, I did agree.  After one session, my anxiety level dropped to 4/10.  We tried another session and my anxiety level dropped completely.  I now use tapping to help decrease my anxiety at times.  David Swatek

TAPPING HELP ME TO CHANGE MY EDUCATIONAL PATH

I decided to do a few sessions using TAPPING (EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE) to find out why I kept failing my test.  I had taken the test at least three times and failed.  I needed to pass this test to continue my degree in teaching.

When I tapped with Cecelia, she helped me realize I had anxiety whenever I took that test, especially when it came to math.  Through tapping I discovered that I can accomplish anything I want to do because I truly and deeply love myself.  When I went through the tapping my mind relaxed and I understood what was the REAL reason I had not passed the test.

With tapping it helped me discover what was blocking me and what I really want to do.  I have decided to change my degree I was pursuing.  I am  now on a new degree path looking forward to my future in a positive  direction that I now know I want to be in.
